Yushai supplies two kinds of extruded filter nettings, one is widely used in the support or protection of media in pleated filter elements, it can be composited with non-woven fabrics keeping them in a fixed shape, this kind of net greatly enhances the filtration area and improves the filtration efficiency.

Another called feed spacers used in water treatment in reverse-osmosis(RO) and ultrafiltration(UF), it allows channels with direct liquid flow.

Feed spacers are an essential component of the spiral-wound NF and RO modules that keep membranes apart to form the flow channel and to promote mixing of the fluid. The objective of the feed spacer, in addition to keeping the feed channel open, is to promote turbulence of the feed stream.
