Strong mechanical strength

Through the needle-punching process, PPS fibers are intertwined to form a stable three-dimensional structure. 

This process not only helps to fix the position of the fibers and improves the mechanical strength of the felt, 

but also enhances its tensile and wear resistance.


High-temperature resistance

PPS needle felt has excellent high-temperature resistance and can operate stably for a long time in high

-temperature environments above 160°C. Even if the instantaneous temperature reaches 180°C, it can adapt to the 

dust removal needs of high-temperature flue gases such as boilers and power plants.


Chemical stability

It has good corrosion resistance to acidic and alkaline gases and can maintain stable filtration performance in corrosive 

gas environments.


Dust removal effect

PPS needle felt has excellent filtration performance and can efficiently capture and separate solid particles in 

high-temperature flue gas, thereby improving the flue gas purification effect.
